Dr. Maggie Beers has lived on the bleeding edge of language, culture and technology throughout her 30-year post-secondary educational career in the United States, Spain, France and Canada, working as a second language instructor, teacher educator, multimedia designer, video producer, learning space designer and university administrator. As Executive Director of Academic Technology at San Francisco State University, Maggie oversees the units that provide the online and classroom technologies, support services, and faculty development for teaching across all learning modalities.
